What Does The Ultrasound Report Finding "endometrium Is Thickened" Indicate?

i had an ultrasound scan today and the result goes does "endometrium is thickened and contains a collection of bright echoes within measuring 17x9x7mm. could it be that i am pregnant again or is it RPOC from the last pregnancy?. if it is RPOC what treatment should i be expecting to be given?

1.Ultrasound scan with thickened endometrium is not at all a pregnancy.
2.Pregnancy is seen entirely different way.
3.RPOC generally seen as a thickened endometrium with vascularity within the thickening.
4.I it is RPOC then D&C dilatation and curettage is treatment of choice.
5.IF it is RPOC the report will clearly says that its RPOC, If not we can think of infection / inflammation.
