General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

According to the USG report, it seems like an intramural fibroid and if you have history of excessive bleeding during your periods and dysmenorrhea then it would probably lead towards my diagnosis to be correct.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajatha S. S., General & Family Physician
