Hello. Welcome to HCM.
Having multiple fibroids in pregnancy can be a complicated affair. Fibroids tend to increase in size in pregnancy and may undergo different kinds of degenerative changes.
But you should also remember, that it is a common problem which can be tackled well in today's times. Needless to say that presently all your fibroids are of moderate size and not very large. You need to be under the care of a very good gyneac surgeon. be very careful during the second trimester and keep an early note of any pain whatsoever. Also, you need to eat well as probably your doctor will have to plan an early delivery, when both fibroids and baby will increase rapidly in size. be under regular monitoring and do not miss or postpone your ANC visits or scans.
Take care.
