What Does The Ultrasound Report Say?

Hello Doctor, I am 28 years old. This is my 2nd IUI cycle. Following are the details - - Took Clomid 100 mg from day 2 to day 5 - Ultrasound on day 8 (12mm & 10mm size follicles) but endometrium lining was 4.4 so doctor prescribed Menogon injection (75) for 3 days. - Ultrasound on day 10 showed 3 follicles (15.5, 15.5. 16.5) and endometrium lining 8.5 (date-18 Oct 2012) - tonight i.e. on day 11 i will take HcG (choriomon 5000 IU) and IUI to be performed on Sunday morning on day 13. (I had a clear discharge this evening.. does it mean i ovulated before the HcG trigger?) My husband s average sperm count is 25 to 30 million/ml Please kindly let me know what are my chances of conceiving this month?

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to Ultrasound report,you have absolutely normal findings.
There are three dominant follicles in the ovary on 10th day.One of them will take part in ovulation.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.Thickness varies with the stage of menstrual cycle.
You are fit for IUI. Discharge is not related to ovulation.Ovulation is indicated by mild free fluid in POD.
There are great chances of fertilization,don't worry at all.
