I am 35 weeks 4 days pregnant.
My Ultrasound report says.
Cephalice presentation at the time of this examination
liquor adequate
placenta,fundal and anterior . Not low lying Grade (maturity) III
Fetal heart rate = 137 bpm
no obvious congenital anomalies
cervical length 2.7 cm and internal os is closed

Your ultrasound scan report says that the head position of the baby is downwards and is normal. The amount of fluid in uterus is normal.
Placenta is also in a favorable position and showing maturity.
Heart rate of the fetus is normal.
The lower end of uterus is normal.
You can expect a normal delivery.
