According to reports you have normal findings. Placenta is in antero-fundal region of the uterus. Position of fetus is cephalic means fetal head is towards maternal pelvis which is normal. Cervical length is also satisfactory. It varies with the stage of pregnancy. At 24 weeks gestation, the average cervical length is 3.5 cm.It shouldn't be less than 2.2 cm. Estimated fetal weight is 410 grams. Amniotic fluid is also normal in amount.
