What Does The Ultrasound Scan Report Of A 17-week-pregnant Woman Indicate?

Dr. i am 17weeks 5days pregnant.( 28yrs old)andthis is my 1st pregnancy. i had a pregnancy anomaly scan. i got the report of the baby all normal except the statement placenta is fundo anterior in position. maturity on grannum s scale is grade 2. No subchorionic or retro placental haemorrhage seen. Dr. grade 2 maturity of placenta in 17week is too early as i know. plz help me whether is there anything to get worried about it. what problem can i face? will this bring any complication to my pregnancy? please advice what i need to do, to give birth a healthy baby?
