hi im 25 yrs old from phippines my problem is about my abnormal bleeding the ultrasound shown dat my endometrium is 0.18 cm hyperechoic and uterus is anteverted wth regular comtour and homogeneous myometrium there are no myometrial masses seen the cervix is closed and homogeneous the endometrium is thin and hyperechoic wth intact endomyometrial interface the endometrial cavity is dilated to 0.5 cm by fluid both ovaries are lateral to uterus and contain follicles there are no adnexal masses seen in the scan there is no free fluid in the cul de sac.intraendometrial fluid..plss help i dont know wat to do thank you hope u help me...
All parameters in this ultrasound are normal. No masses saw not the thick endometrial lining. Possibly it may be a hormonal imbalance which is causing the irregular periods. Taking oral contraception pills for a while is advisable.
