What Does The Urine Analysis Result Indicate?

I m trying to get a pre-employment medical clearance but was told I can t get one yet till I get better urinalysis results. Is there anything I can take to improve the results? My recent results are here:Physical & Chemical Exam Color: Straw Transparency: Hazy Ph: 5.0 Specific gravity: 1.005 Sugar: Negative Protein: Trace Microscopic Exam RBC: 1-3/HPF Pus Cells: 24-28/HPF Bacteria: Few Epithelial Cells: Few Mucus Threads: Occasional Cast: None seen Crystals: None seen Amorphous Materials: Urates-Few

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by hazy appearance of urine and presence of excessive pus cells,few bacteria and RBC in urine.RBC in urine may be due to UTI.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
You also need clinical correlation.
