You are suffering from urinary tract infection. Please takke tab cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 10 days after food. If u get stomach ache due to antibiotic induced gastritis then tab pantoprazole 40 mg on the morning before food for 10 days. You should do well. Ideally u should now send for urine culture
