Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine report is as follows:
1. Presence of pus cells in urine suggests presence of infection in the urine.
2. RBCs can accompany infection
3. The culture is positive for growth of gram negative bacillus ( a type of bacteria). Colony count more than 100,000 CFU per unit suggests high bacterial load.

You need to consult your doctor with report.
You need to take antibiotic.
Drug sensitivity needs to be done to determine the most appropriate antibiotic effective against the infection.

Thanks and take care
