Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The urine examination report can be analyzed as follows: 1. It is of almost normal specific gravity, slightly alkaline, and mostly normal. 2. The presence of red blood cells is of significance and calls for further investigation to rule out infections, trauma etc. 3. The pus cell count is within normal limits. In the current scenario, an advice by a general physician would be valuable to plan further management. Contamination with vaginal discharge also should be excluded. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
