Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The ultrasound scan shows a polyp and fibroid in uterus. The fibroid and polyp are probably cause of heavy bleeding. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for medication to stop bleeding. If the bleeding does not stop with medication then surgical intervention may be required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
