ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your son laboratory report it suggests that your son is suffering from the mild hypochromic microcytic anaemia and other reports more or less within normal limits. To rule out chests infection in your son your son need to go for X ray Chest PA view and ENT examination to rule out the pharyngitis.
I personally advised to your son
1. Haematinic Syrup with antitussive
2. Steam inhalation
3. Avoid cold water, ice cream.

Thanks
