What Does This BP Level For Tightness In The Upper Throat Indicate?

Hi,I was wondering what is considered to be high blood pressure? I m being monitored right now but it s measuring 137 /95 right now,been like that for a few days straight..my heart rate has been between 98-113 beats per minute for the past few days too. What do you think could be going on here? I m having some tightness in my upper throat too. Could this be a panic attack,an allergic reaction,or an issue with my heart? Any advice is greatly appreciated

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to acid reflux.

I suggest to use an antacid such as Maloox.

I also recommend to use Omeprazole.

I suggest to avoid food that trigger the symptoms.
