Normal Blood pressure for adult human is between 90/60 mmHg and
120/80 mmHg. Blood pressure depends on multiple factors such stress,
anxiety,
body mass index, etc. It consists of two components, systolic and diastolic. Systolic is usually written over the diastolic. Unit of measurement is mercury pressure. Systolic blood pressure measurement is during the contraction of the heart and the diastolic is measured during relaxation of heart.
Migraine headache is the one in which the individual is suffering from debilitating pounding headache associated nausea,
vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound, difficulty is speaking, etc. The exact cause for migraine is not yet classified. Avoiding stress, anxiety and other risk factors helps to prevent migraine attack. NSAIDs or
acetaminophen (tylenol) can be used during the onset of headache for better outcome.
