General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
Thank you for contacting HCM.

Your CT scan report needs to be evaluated in light of recent signs and symptoms....like any complain of fever, chest pain or breathlessness. These changes are most likely due to infection such as pneumonia. I wouls strongly recommend you contact your local physician for further management. If I were your treating physician I would advise Bronchoscopy to get a fluid sample for the assesment of the nature of the disease.

I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you good health.
