What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

I just had a ct scan because I recently had several masses removed from my stomach, a complete hysterectomy and my appendix removed because I had cancer in both. I am in the process of chemotherapy now. I don't really feel like my doctor is telling me everything. He told me that everything came back fine on my ct scan. However he gave me a copy of the findings and I am a little confused on the results. The findings say compared to ct from 10/29/14, fatty infiltration of the liver. Cholelitiasis. Mild splenomegaly. Pancreas, both adrenal glands and kidneys are unremarkable. No evidence retroperitoneal adenopathy or ascites. This is the CT of the abdomen. Here are the findings from the CT Pelvis again it says compared to 10/29/14 Stable small bilateral inguinal and external iliac lymph nodes. Can someone please tell me what this all means. I am very stressed not knowing what is really going on with me. Should I get a 2nd opinion.
