What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

I m reviewing the impression portion of a head/brain CT w/o contrast, and am not sure what it means. This is it verbatim: mild to moderate diffuse prominence of CSF spaces somewhat more prominent centrally. No acute hemorrhage nor mass effect. Does this mean that they found something significant or not?
