Hello

Your findings suggests mildly bulky cervix.
Most commonly it is due to cervicitis. It is not related to masturbation.Masturbation is not expected to affect your reproductive system.
It is important to know history of discharge etc.
You may need clinical evaluation and investigations.
Investigations may include routine hemogram, random blood sugar,Pap smear.Biopsy can be done if needed.
Mild bulky cervix is a benign finding and you may need conservative treatment only.

Get well soon.
Take Care
