What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

both kidneys are normal in size, position and aligment. cortico medullary differntiation is maintained. gross distention of left pelvicalyceal system with evidence of cortical thinng (cortical thickness 6.6mm) with associated minimal narrowing at PUJ. left ureter is obscured by bowel gas. calculus measuring 15mm is noted in the lower pole calyx of left kidney. no evidence of hydronephrosis/ calculi noted in right kidney. how to recovery my kidneys.
