Hi, My father faced a chronic ischemic stroke 2.5 months before.His ct scan reports are below ctsscan findings: FINDINGS: 1 ILL DEFINED LOW DENSITY AREAS ARE NOTED IN THE RIGHT CAPSULOGANGLIONIC AREA AND PARIETAL PERVENTRICULAR DEEP WHITE MATTER INVOLVING CORONA. 2 DIFFUSE HYPODENSITY IS NOTED IN THE BOTH PARIETAL PERVENTRICULAR AND SUPRAVENTICULAR DEEP WHITE MATTER INVOLVING CORONA RADIATA AND CENTRUM SEMIOVALE 3 VENTRICELS ARE MILDY DILATED. 4 EXTRA-VENTRICULAR CSF SPACES ARE WIDEND. IMPRESSION: 1 CHRONIC INFRACTS IN THE RIGHT CAPSULOGANGLIONIC ARE AND PARIETALPERVENTRICULAR DEEP WHITE MATTER INVOLVING CORONA 2 BILETERAL DEEP WHITE MATTER CHRONIC ISCHEMIC CHANGE. 3 DEGENERATIVE CEREBRAL CORTICAL ATTROPHY. He is continuing with below medicine DOCTORS PRESCRIPTION: VINTOPIN 5 ECOSPRIN 75 Atorvastatin 10 Losartan Potassium USP 25 mg Nebivolol Hydrochloride 2.5 clonazepam .5 syndopa(levodopa and carbidopa). Escitalopram 5 Pregabalin 75 For first one month he was in very good position after that when doctor addeded syndopa tablet he started to feel very week he can t even walk for very weakness and always feel some kinds of intolerable feelings in his two legs.Always say for message on his legs.Now his condition is worsening can you please help me out from this bad situation.

I suggest you continue with the medication and physiotherapy is must in such patients.
