What is the best medication or tratment of a calcified right proximal ureteroltihisais measuring 0.7x0.8x1cm 1155HU,L4-L5 LEVEL WITH moderate to severe dilatation of the proximal right ureter and right pelvocalycal system and renal parencymal atrophic changes.there is a calcified lithiasis within the right inferior calyx (0.6x0.6cm 1162HU)
