What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

What does this reading mean? Lungs and pleura: Redemonstration of multifocal irregular consolidative masslike opacities in both lungs with associated architectural distortion and linear fibrotic strands. Many of the consolidative masslike opacities demonstrate central areas of cystic change/cavitation and are better visualized on prior CT chest from 08/18/2016. Scattered areas of paracicatricial or smoking-related emphysematous changes again noted in both lungs. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.
