If there is no obstruction of ureter then it means that these stones are small and it should not be treated aggresively since in most cases it passes spontaneously and dissapear with urination. You should just drink plenty of fluids and raspberry tea to promote urination. If you notice fever, blood in urine or pain, you should see urologist and then some invasive procedures ma be considered.
