What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

I recently had a CT coronary angio as there was some issue with the treadmill ECG during a routine medical for diabetes and Hypertension. The impression given by CT angio is 99% stenosis of proximal and mid LAD and 99% stenosis of proximal and mid RCA. I had not experienced any chest pain or breathlessness and had been quite active. Looks to me that diagnosis is bad news and what are the options for me with regard to treatment. Please advise. YYYY@YYYY
