What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

My CT scan report says: polypoidal mucosal thickning in bilateral maxillary and ethmoid and left frontal sinuses, both osteomeatal complexes are blocked, S shaped deviation of nasal septum. My age is 53, have BP problem. Please suggest how nasal polyps problem can be reduced without surgery. Thanks

Thank you for your question . This means that you have polyp enlergment which is due to allergy in most of the times.
The best option is polypectomy - removal of the polyp.
without operation there are treatment options
which include
1.Antiallergens and anti histamine
such as piriton derivatives, steroids such as predenisolone. others such as cetrizine, celestamine.
2. There may by super imposed infection so anti biotic will be a necessary cover
3. Anti inflammatory drugs to reduce the pain infammation and the sweelings. such as Brufen, panadal or declofenac.
4.Vitamins c can be of help.
5. Take alot of water for rehydration.
Give your self time these treatments does not work over night.
