1) My mother s Ct Scan report says irregular transmural significant thickening of wall of lower end of esophagus including GEJ and upper part of fundus of stomatch with proximal dialation of esophagus. s/o CA GEJ. 2) Fat planes around thickened wall of esophagus and stomatch are lost s/ regional fat plane infiltration 3) Contact area between thickened wall of GEJ and aorta forms an arc of 90deg -s/o aortic invasion 4) Multiple (5-6) enlarged perigastric lymphnodes noted. 5) Calculus of size 25mm in GB lumen -s/o Cholelithiasis Biopsy Report not received. Q: Please tell me the possible treatment. Patient has no pains.
