What Does This CT Scan Report Of Chest Indicate And Suggest Treatment?

i had a ct scan of the chest and they found that i have the following impressions: focal apicopleural thickening, stable right upper lobe nodule likely a granuloma, parenchymal fibrosis, thoracic spondyolosis..how serious are these findings? and the treatment?

I can understand your concern.
Your CT report is suggestive of old, healed fibrotic lesions. You might be having tuberculosis or pneumonia in the past. With treatment, lung infection heals and produce fibrosis.
But we should rule out active infection in this.
So better to get done
1. Sputum examination for AFB (acid fast bacilli-bacteria causing tuberculosis).
2. Bronchoscopy with BAL (bronchoalveolar lavage) analysis.
If both these are negative for any infection then no treatment is required.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
