* There can be various reasons for the said report with subpleural reticular opacities both lung parenchyma, interlobular septa thickening and calcified granulomaliver as
-arcoidosis
- auto immune mediated sequence
-problems with parathyroid hormone , calcium levels
- tuberculosis
- others
