There is mild hyperaeration. There is no acute infiltrate or consolidation. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Aortic shadow is unremarkable with minimal atherosclerotic change. The heart is not enlarged and the hilum are within limits of normal. There is milkd degenerative change in the dorsal spine.
The CT report is suggestive of normal age related changes in terms of atherosclerotic changes in the aorta. If there are no clinical symptoms as chest pain, exertion induced breathlessness, headache or other features , tread mill test, cholesterol profile and EKG are normal, be rest assured to not worry. Just remain in regular follow up with your doc for periodic assessment.
