CT report: there is a abnormal 1.7 cm lymph node that is noncalcified in the pretracheal/precarinal region. Both hilar regions are full. There is small calcified nodes in the right hilar region. There is also fullness in the right infrahilar region that is somewhat round measuring 1.5 cm. These changes may be all vascular but should be further evaluated. there is a triangular area of consolidation in the right middle lobe inferiorly on image 54 extending over 2 x 1.6 cm. this may be atelectasis. Central airways are patent the general practitioner sent me to a Thoracic Surgeon that has sent me to Pulmonary Disease doctor to scope the area and biopsy
