What Does This CT Scan Report Signify?

I recently had a ct scan done for a headache and they put a note in it that says this “Incidental note is made of multiple hypoattenuating nodules the left lobe of the thyroid. Recommend thyroid ultrasound if clinically indicated.” I have been having dizziness and severe anxiety for a few years now. Also been extremely tired no matter how much I sleep. I have been to the doctor several times over it and am still not closer to finding out what is wrong with me. I took a picture of a lump on my neck it moves up and down upon swallowing. I noticed it about 6 months ago I’m not sure if it is the nodules they saw in the scan or not

Hi,

Precise multinodular goiter.

The report shows that there is multinodular enlargement of thyroid gland. Investigation suggest: free t3 t4 and ultra TSH levels and fnac thyroid to rule out toxic multinodular goiter and malignancie.

Further treatment will depend on clinical features and report result.

Hope I have answered your query. Let Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
