What Does This CT Scan Result For Foul Smelling Stools Indicate?

i have a pain under right rib through back kidney area. my blood test come back with normal range but i have the yellow,clay,foul smell colored poop too. my ct scan only showed two echogenic masses(hemangiomas) maybe? low attenuation lesion on right kidney 0.5cm who sound I see?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to your history given here and the investigative report you need to see the urologist, MRI is suggestive, why not to try some anti-biotic on tentative basis, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
