Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lung nodules can occur due to many causes.
Lung nodule can occur due to calcified lymph node, calcified aspergilloma, calcified tuberculoma, benign or malignant lesion.
The nodule needs to be investigated further like guided aspiration cytology.
In guided aspiration cytology, a needle is passed into the nodule under ultrasound or CT guidance.
The cells are aspirated from the nodule and studied microscopically to know the nature and character of the lesion.
Clinical features need to be correlated for the diagnosis.
I suggest you to consult your referring doctor for further management.

Thanks and take care
