What Does This CT Scan Showing Enlarged Artery Indicate?

My son had a CT scan the Doctor read it and stated that he had an enlarged artery same as 5 years ago appear on the CT scan. My 26 year old son is all upset. He is scheduled for a MRA tonight but not to see a neurologist until 2 weeks. The nurse said it wasn t anything to worry about but the Dr. said he should just keep an eye on it.
