just had CT scan with following results: Lungs show mild dependent atelectasis, left adrenal shows mild nodular thickening likely representing adanomatous hyperlasia, kidnesy show extrarenal pelves bilaterally, bilateral nephrolithisas. is any of this of concern?
first of all what's the age of patients. most of the findings are physiologic so need not to worry .except nephrolitiasis nothing is pathology. if it's young age then need to close watch on adrenals .get every yer screening for size of adenoma.
