What Does This ECG Report Indicate?

I had an EKG done today and was wandering if it sounds good or not. I do have heart disease and have been tired. The test was done for upcoming foot surgery though. RATE is 54 /PR 146 /QRSD is121 /qt 406 /qtc 385 Axis p is7. QRS is -85 /T is 12

What is evident from the ecg is that you have a slow heart rate (54/min) , Left axis deviation which can be due to high Bp or any cardiac pathology.

QRS interval is prolonged may hint at a left anterior fascicular block.

In simple words the electrical insulation of your heart is slightly deranged which may be due the structural disease of your heart as you have mentioned.
