What Does This ECG Report Indicate?

I am a 24 year old female with a recorded history of RBBB and a normal Echocardiogram. Recently have had palpitations, epi gastric pain and tenderness, labored breathing, and an episode of syncope. All after being at high altitude for 4. Went to the doctor after returning home to normal altitude and symptoms persisted. Ecg showed short PR interval marked right and mid precordial repolarization disturbance large negative T in V2 & V5 moderate inferior repolarization disturbance negative t in aVF and III Is this of large concern? Treadmill stress test and halter monitor ordered. Any reasons/possible causes a healthy young female has an ecg reading like this?
