hi ,i underwent an ECG its was detected 802 sinus tachycardia and vent. rate is 109 bpm PR 123, P/QRS/T 87 94 142. QT/QTc 300 405. P/QRS/T axis 57 71 29 ....RV1/SV5 amp 0.15 0.46 .... RV5/SV1 amp 1.39 0.62 ....plz tell me it can be considered normal ? or i have a problem in my heart ? what i have to do now ?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, from the given parameters it can not be said normal or abnormal as long as the EKG tracing is concern, here very little reading is given it might be given by machines, manual reading of whole stream is must all the 12 leads needs to be correlated with each other, and then comes the clinical symptoms and age and genders and these are not given here , hope this information helps.
