General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Ecg is difficult to interpret without a clinical context. What is mentioned in the ECG, these changes may indicate that the heart vessels may be narrowed so that it can't supply blood properly, or the heart is enlarged too much.

If the patient has risk factors for heart disease like old ages, diabetes and or symptoms like chest pain then it may need a further workup for cardiac diseases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
