Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.
ECG determines electrical activity of heart.
Sinus tachycardia means
increased heart rate (>100) with normal pattern of conduction, as denoted by your pulse 110/min.
T wave abnormality with consider Inferior ischemia means there may be abnormal form of T wave (may be T inversion) in inferior leads (II, III, avf).
Inferior leads means the ECG leads in which the wave form denotes electrical activity of Inferior wall of left ventricle (left lower compartment of heart).
Also your blood pressure is on higher side.
With the age of 22 with these findings I may suggest -
- Detailed history taking including family history of blood pressure, diabetes,
heart disease.
- Detailed clinical examination.
- Investigations-
. Heart imaging - 2DEcho of heart.
- Blood tests
.
Complete Blood Count.
. Heart enzymes - Trop I/T, CPK-MB
.
Lipid Profile.
. Kidney function test including Electrolytes.
Depending upon all this evaluation appropriate decision can be taken.
Hope this helps you, if so do vote as helpful.
