My son had 15 L ecg (pedia) last may 19 ....and this is the result. .normal sinus rhythm venticular preexcitation probable LVH (Tall R in LCL and II, III and AVF) NO STTW changes. rhytm:sinus PR interval: 0.12 RATE atrial:75 QRS axis :90 QRS: 0.14 Venticulars: 75 QT: 0.48 Measurement: Qrs: 136 ms qt/qtc: 422 / 483 ms pr: 116 ms p: 100 ms rr /pp: 752 / 755 ms p/qrs/t: 45/ 92/ 33 deg
* Congenital issues with bicuspid aortic valve, mitral valve lesions or undiagnosed septal defects with secondary effects over the valve structures do pause left ventricular hypertrophy as secondary change.
However, additional work up with Echo of the heart and electro physiologic conduction study of heart are mandatory for the final diagnosis and guidance in accordance to that only.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care

Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel

What Does This ECG Test Result Indicate?
Hello * As per my clinical experience, the ECG report suggestive of possible valvular dysfunction causing left ventricular hypertrophy as in terms of mitral valve or else.
