Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

First of all,I can assure you that your ECG is perfectly normal and nothing abnormal in it.
No parameters suggest possibility of myocardial infarction or heart attack. Rate and rhythm of your heart is also normal.

me explain the values bit more detailed.

Your hear rate is 62 BPM (beats per minute) and is quite normal.
PR interval falls with in normal range of 120-200 mm.
Your QRS duration is 118ms which is very well fall with in normal range of 100 to 120 ms.
The axis of your heart is also normal and no values suggestive of cardiomegaly either.

You don't need to worry about the illness you had,it could be a panic attack of gastritis.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
