I had an EKG done Sinus Rhythm with sinus arrhythmia, Vent Rate 84 P-R-T axes 47-12 56 PR in 135 QRS dur 85 Consistent with Pulmonary Disease what could this be from. no cardiac history from me long line of family history. I am 37 year old female should I be concerned
