What Does This EKG Report Showing Sinus Rhythm With Other Findings Mean?
i had an ekg done today at my dr s office and on the top of the report it says sinus rhythm, intra-atrial conduction delay, low QRS voltage in precordial leads, and borderline ECG. he told me it was a great report, is that really true? mrs fontana 66 yrs old

SINUS RHYTHUM- it means your heart is beating with a perfectly normal rhythum
INTRA ATRIAL CONDUCTION DELAY- its a non-specific finding at your age and dont have much significance as it usually occurs normally with increasing age
LOW QRS VOLTAGE- this finding too dont have any significance and its a normal variant
so your doctor is absolutely right,its a great report and you need not worry at all so relax mrs fontana
