General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting us to answer your queries
This ECG report indicates that a part (anterolateral- front and left side) of the heart muscle has suffered damage due to insufficient blood flow.
The heart has its very own nervous tissue complex that is responsible its contraction, relaxation, rhythm and regularity. This too has suffered, in this case, to the sinus node( the starting point of the nerve conduction for the heart) and the right part of the bundle branch which supplies the part of the right side of the heart muscle)
The effect is a slower irregular heart rate. hope I've answered your query.
please don't hesitate to ask if you need any clarifications
wish you good health
