Hello,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic to share your concern and receive an explanation about your complaints and exam results.
Effort related chest pain which fades away when resting, is suggestive of "stable angina pectoris" due to a stenosis (narrowing) of your coronary arteries secondary to a stable atherosclerotic plaque that reduces its lumen resulting in decreased myocardial blood supply (ischaemia). No alterations are usually detected on ECG & US exam, while ETT reveals the condition due to effort related increased heart rate and need for oxygen followed by pain and alteration of ECG trace resembling myocardial ischaemia. Your next step should be consulting a cardiologist who will prescribe you a receipt with anti-angina medications, usually consisting in these four classes (Nitrates, Beta-blockers, Statins, Aspirine). As soon as possible you should undergo coronarography (coronary arteries catheterising procedure for a precise degree and stenosis site assessment followed by stent placement if needed).
Hope this was helpful.
If there is something else you need to know, please feel free to ask.
Thank you.
