Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hello I just got my echo results and was told there is miild tricuspid valve regurgitation and the pulmonary artery systolic pressure is upper limit or borderline high 34mmHg. I had the echo done due to fluid retention in legs for two years now not being controlled with diuretics and increasingly getting worse and severe fatigue and sometimes dizzy with headaches. Should I see a cardiologist? My PCP says we can just keep and eye on it for now
