Hello and welcome to HCM, The FNAC findings are suggestive of granulomatous inflammation. Tuberculosis is the most common granulomatous inflammation, however, there are many other granulomatous inflammations like sarcoidosis, fungal infection, beryllosis, etc. Usually clinical correlation is required to make a final diagnosis of tuberculosis. When tuberculosis is ruled out then other possibilities of granulomatous inflammation have to be ruled out as mentioned above, Consult your clinician to investigate for the cause of granulomatous inflammation of lymph node.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
